Message	Construction -- HKS is all aluminum/stainless steel, Apexi is steel (will rust). Design -- HKS is dual stage for the fastest/best response, pull-type that won't leak by design. HKS is pre-adjusted from the factory for the best response. You can also buy sound rings and recirc adapters for HKS BOVs. And the HKS will hold VERY HIGH boost and ALOT of HP.
